Introduction:
Anti-Microbial
The IXPE on the back of the laminate floors prevents the build up of mold underneath your floor, which means there will be less microbes around your house.
Closed-Cell
The new IXPE underlayment is engineered for maximun durabilty. It features a revolutionary Closed-Cell Structure which provides the best soundproofing posible.
Moisture Barrier
The unique composition and construction of the golden IXPE underlayment also provides it with Moisture Barrier qualities, normally not found in Laminate Underlayment.
Memory Retention
The IXPE underlayment is made with the finest materials and under the best quality controls, what gives it the ability to adapt to minor irregularities on the sub-floor.
Environment friendly
This IXPE foam underlayment is basically made out of 100% New materials. This means that not only is a foam underlay sold at a reasonable price, but it is also environment friendly and is safe to install at home even with your kids around.
IXPE makes great flooring underlayment due to its closed-cell structure and controllable expansion ratio. The lifespan of IXPE is also significantly longer than traditional PE foam.

How to Install
Step 1: Clean Your Subfloor
Clean your subfloor using your broom and dustpan so that it is free of any foreign objects.
Step 2: Roll Out Your Underlayment
Roll your underlayment next to the wall. Start in the corner to keep it as even as possible across the room.
Step 3: Cut the Section
Once you have your underlayment firmly in place, cut the section using your scissors or utility knife.
Step 4: Roll Out the Next Section
Roll out the next section with the tape side over the overlapping film on the previous section.
Step 5: Butt Underlayment
Butt your underlayment sections together so that the tape side is flush up against the other piece of underlayment and on top of the overlapping film.
Step 6: Cut Section
Cut the next section of underlayment.
